I'm 42. Married. A father. I work for a grocery chain. I'm just a guy. An Average Joe. A few years back, I let my health slide big time. With a little focus and a lot of help from some friends, I managed to lose 150 pounds. After the weight loss, I got bored. I wished there was a way to take the excess weight from friends and family and lose it for them. I enjoyed the struggle. The journey. Or course, that's not realistic. But, I could start a new journey. Chase a new challenge. During my weight loss, I learned several things. I learned that food relationship is king. I learned that exercise isn't the only or even an efficient way to lose weight. Perhaps most importantly, however, I learned that pursuit is happiness. I'll document some of my pursuits here. Thanks for reading.
